Highbury Canco is pointing to a new partnership with Naples Pizza as another sign the corporation is continuing to grow.
An agreement between the two companies will see Highbury supply pizza sauce to Naples across its locations in southwestern Ontario.
"Ever since we took over this facility, started production for Heinz and stabilized that business, our marching orders here have been growing the business and that's what we're doing and Naples is a good example of that," says Sam Diab, part-owner and president of Highbury Canco.
Naples Pizza Owner Tony Bahceli reached out to Highbury about the possibility of a partnership.
"Naples Pizza has a loyal and long standing customer following in the Windsor-Essex County market. We are proud and excited for this opportunity to partner with a local supplier and being a part of keeping jobs in our area," says Bahceli in an email to BlackburnNews.com.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Production is set to start later this month.
