Chatham-Kent police are charging the driver of a minivan who allegedly caused a head-on crash in Chatham.
Police say a black minivan was travelling northbound on Lacroix St. this afternoon and although the driver entered the left turn lane, he went straight through the intersection, striking a southbound car that was turning left onto Grand Ave.
Both drivers were not injured, but two occupants in the car were sent to hospital.
A 34-year-old man is charged with failing to proceed as directed at a green light.
