The OPP has identified the man killed during a single-vehicle crash in Chatham-Kent.
It happened January 29 just before 7am at the intersection of Hwy. 40 and Electric Line.
Police say 40-year-old William Haley of Chatham died after his car left the roadway and slammed into a tree.
The investigation continues.
