Dogs Rescued In Tilbury

A team of nearly 40 volunteers banded together to rescue a group of dogs.
The Windsor-Essex County Humane Society agreed to take the three dogs in Friday, who were in serious need of medical attention.
Executive Director Melanie Coulter says the work from the all-volunteer team is encouraging. “It’s really nice to see and it just emphasizes that people really are caring and for the most part people are good and want to help animals.”
A fourth puppy was apparently found over the weekend. Coulter added that for now, these animals are not up for adoption.
