The Blenheim Blades were shutout 7-0 by the first place Essex 73’s.

Tyler Scott had two goals and three assists for the 73’s, who pick up their eighth straight win.

Eric Stewardson made 33 saves for Blenheim in the loss, which is their third straight.

Essex is off until Saturday when they take on Mooretown. Blenheim is off until Sunday when they host Wallaceburg.
