Six new names have been added to Kent's agricultural archive.
The Hall of Fame has added new names every year since 1989, and include local farmers, researchers and agricultural leaders.
Former VP of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture Bill Weaver is a second generation inductee: his father was named one 20 years ago. "He set the model for getting involved with the community," says Weaver. "And I guess I followed that through and did a few other things as well."
Other inductees include Ken Stevenson, Phil and Janet Richards, as well as the late Brian Gordon Fox and Gordon Leitch.
