In his third OHL season, Windsor Spitfires defenceman Patrick Sanvido is adding the letter 'C' to his jersey.
The Guelph-native and seventh round draft pick of the Dallas Stars is being named team captain.
Sanvido has 17 points and 141 penalty minutes in 142 career games with the Spits.
Chris Marchese and Slater Doggett have been chosen as assistant captains, while Trevor Murphy and Christiano DiGiacinto will wear a rotating 'A.'
