Vipers Fall To Maroons

The Chatham Maroons earned a big 8-3 win from the LaSalle Vipers in GOJHL hockey action Sunday night.

What started out as a back and forth game in the first period with both teams tied 2-2, quickly changed into a winning edge for the Maroons. In the second period, Chatham was able to score three goals, along with another three more in the third. The Vipers were only able to score one final goal in the third.

Chatham also out shot LaSalle 37-24.

The Maroons face the London Nationals next on Thursday at 7pm. LaSalle is back on the ice on Wednesday against the Lambton Shores Predators at 7pm.
