OSPCA Walk Has A Lot
The OSPCA Friends for Life walk takes place today at Mud Creek Park behind John McGregor Secondary School.
Community Relations Coordinator Robyn Brady says the organization has added a lot of events this year, including face painting, clowns, a photo booth, and vets will be on hand for nail trimming and ear cleaning for the pets.
“It is such a pet friendly area which is why it works so well for this walk, that you can bring your dog, or if you cat walks on a leash by all means give it a shot,” she says. “You can walk around the loop, you can go as far or as short a distance as you want.”
Registration begins at 9am and the OSPCA is hoping to raise $18,500.
