UPDATE: Swimmers Pull Man From Lake

A man pulled from the waters at Erieau Beach on Sunday afternoon is in hospital and expected to be in critical condition.
David Calus from Windsor was an eyewitness to the scene and tells BlackburnNews.com the man looked lifeless.
“He was bluish-green, he was losing all his colour to his skin, and that’s how he left here. There weren’t any motions in his stomach for breathing or anything that I saw,” says Calus. “In my mind, somebody passed away right in front of me. I mean, there was no breathing for a long time and the heartbeat they got was so skimpy. It was a sad story.”
Chatham-Kent police aren’t calling the situation a fatal and won’t confirm the man’s status, only to say the issue appears to be a medical one and not a drowning at this point.
The victim is thought to be 45 years old and his family was on scene when the incident happened.
Emergency responders arrived on scene around 1pm on Sunday.
