Records Fall At River Run

Wallaceburg’s Taylor McArthur was unbeatable at this year’s St. Clair River Run.

McArthur destroyed the previous course record by five minutes, completing the 10 km race in just 32:58, narrowly defeating Camlachie’s Aaron Cooper by a fraction of a second.

Sarnia’s Lindsay Prozorowicz set a record in the women’s 10 km with a time of 40:45.

In the 5 km race, Blenheim’s Wayne Newcombe won the men’s with a 17:33 finish and Anneri Vermielen of Bright’s grown finished at 21:11.
