Thousands of smiling runners hit Windsor’s riverfront today for the Color Run.

The event, which is known as the “happiest 5K on the planet”, saw runners doused from head to toe in different colors at each kilometer.

The Color Run has only two rules – wear white at the starting line, and finish plastered in color.
