Update: Stand-Off Resolved Peacefully

Windsor police have arrested a 33-year-old Windsor man involved in a tense six hour stand-off this morning at a residence in the 2400-block of Central Ave.
Windsor police were called to a domestic disturbance just before midnight. Police spoke to the woman outside the building, but the distraught man refused to leave.
Police say the man poured gasoline inside the home but surrendered without incident just before 6am.
The man is facing charges of assault.
