Fatal Accident At Parkway Construction Site

The Ontario Provincial Police is confirming a fatal accident at a construction site for the Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Pkwy.

A 40-year-old man has been pronounced dead at the scene.  His name has not been released pending notification of the next of kin.

Few details are being released while the Ministry of Labour investigates the cause of the accident.

The OPP, Lasalle Fire Service, Lasalle police, and Emergency Medical Services were called to the scene at Huron Church Rd. and Labelle St. at 3:30pm Tuesday.
