Glassford Wins First Gotelaer Memorial

Ridgetown’s Dale Glassford is the winner in the first Gotelaer Memorial Race at the South Buxton Raceway.
When he was younger, Glassford used to watch his father, Wayne, race against Gord Gotelaer and has now become the first winner of the race in Gotelaer’s honour.
Other races at South Buxton saw Chatham’s Chris Ellerbeck win his third straight Autotech Bombers feature. Blenheim’s Brett Hope won his first career feature in the Tirecraft Mini-Mods while Kingsville’s Rob Young won his first in the Tirecraft Sport Stocks.
The Schinkels Gourmet Meats UMP Modifieds winner was Merlin’s Jeff Daniels.
