Warrant Issued For Federal Offender

The Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad needs the public’s help finding a federal offender.
Kenneth Hill is currently serving a 5-and-a-half year sentence for sexual assault, forcible confinement, failure to comply with a probation order and obstructing police. Police issued a Canada-wide warrant for his arrest for breach of parole.
Hill, who is known to frequent the Windsor area, is 38 years old with brown eyes and short dark hair. He is 175cm (5’8″) and 100kg (220lbs).
