A 45-year-old Wallaceburg man’s facing charges now after police say he fled from officers on a motorcycle.
Chatham-Kent police say they were called to help OPP officers who were trying to stop the man as he was driving in the area of Base Line and Irwin Rd. in Wallaceburg on Tuesday.
The man is accused of failing to stop for police, driving at a high rate of speed through a field, and using rail road tracks to evade police.
Officers managed to identify the driver and arrested him on Gillard St. in Wallaceburg last night.
