Elections Ontario is still looking for more than 100 people to staff the upcoming provincial election in Chatham-Kent-Essex.

Returning Officer Guy Taylor says it takes a small army to run an election. “We’ve been busy getting the nominations in order and getting the 977 people trained for election day and we’re still looking for people,” says Taylor. “So if you’re interested in a job, come on by 745 Richmond St. in Chatham.”

Taylor says the only prerequisites are a Canadian citizenship and being at least 18 years old.
