Another South Kent Candidate

There is now another Ward 2 candidate in the upcoming municipal election.
Mary Clare Latimer has announced she will be running for a council seat to represent the South Kent riding.
She is going up against incumbents Frank Vercouteren and Karen Herman. There are three seats in the ward.
Chatham-Kent voters will head to the polls on October 27.
