Election Day Choices
The Ontario Libertarian Party wants voters in Chatham-Kent-Essex to know there is a fifth option come election day.
“We’re going after the population that’s probably not voting now,” says candidate Doug McLarty. “They’re so disgusted with the way things are they’re looking for something totally different and that’s what our party represents.”
Rick Nicholls of the PC, Liberal Terry Johnson, Ken Bell of the Green and NDP representative Dan Gelinas round out the candidates in Chatham-Kent-Essex.
There are 74 libertarian candidates across the province.
