Adding to Keil Drive Development

The developers of a south end subdivision in Chatham want to make some changes to their application.
Jodamar Properties Ltd. has approval for 78 lots on the Keil Dr. extension. Eight of those lots have already been developed and are currently for sale.
But the developer wants to reduce the frontage size of the lots because they’re so big and increase the number of single detached homes to 91.
Municipal officials say the increase in units will substantially change the anticipated property tax revenue and is recommending the change be approved.
