The Chatham-Kent OPP is charging three Windsor men with offenses including drug and weapon possession.
Officers stopped a Ford SUV because it was driving fast on Hwy. 401 EB near Merlin Rd. just after 2pm on Friday. Police say the driver’s licence was found to be suspended and then suspected marijuana was seized and a flick knife found in the SUV.
Tony Castro, 21, is charged with speeding and marijuana possession. Wayne Munro, 25, is charged with marijuana possession while Jerrett Munro, 26, is charged with marijuana possession and the unauthorized possession of a weapon.
All three men are scheduled to appear in a Chatham courtroom on June 5.
