Quebec Students Coming To CK
More than a dozen Lambton Kent Composite School students are getting ready to show the region off to a group of northern Quebec students.
The 15 Dresden area students recently returned from Inukjuak Quebec as the first part of the YMCA Youth Exchange.
Grade 9 student Katelyn Law says she had a great time in northern Quebec. “It’s about the size of Dresden, maybe a little bigger. We watched an igloo being built for the first time, we dogsledded, we went ice fishing, we watched some inuit games and some of us flew for the first time when we were there.”
While in Ontario Law says they plan on going to Pelee Island and Niagara Falls.
