It’s set to be busy this summer for the St. Clair Catholic District School Board, as over $14-million in capital projects are being completed.
Jim McKenzie, associate director and treasurer, says a number of factors are contributing to the high dollar amount. McKenzie says over $11-million of the total is going towards the completion of the revamped high school in Sarnia.
“The biggest project for us is obviously St. Patrick’s in Sarnia,” he says. “Finishing the consolidation project there and getting the students moved back in September.”
McKenzie adds a normal summer for the Catholic board would include about $2-million worth of projects.
