GFO: Alberta Deaths Show Dangers Of Farming

The death of three young girls on an Alberta farm this week shows the dangers involved in farming.

That according to Mark Brock, Chair of Grain Farmers of Ontario.

The three sisters died while playing in a truck of canola.

Brock says accidents involving grain and farm equipment can happen very quickly.

He says farmers tend to forget about the dangers and need to be aware of their surroundings at all times.

Brock points out those dangers are even greater when young children are involved.
