Online Tool To Help Ontario Farmers Improve Bottom Line

The Agricultural Management Institute has created an online tool it says can help Ontario farmers and processors.

The AMI Business Score Card will help them identify business management strengths, weaknesses and gaps.

AMI says it will also help develop action plans to improve business management performance, as well as providing clear direction towards resources that can help their businesses.

The process involves a series of questions and the development of action plans.

AMI Executive Director Ryan Koeslag says it takes about 30 minutes.

When completed, participants get an instant report detailing the assessment results, priority rankings and action plans.

Koeslag believes the tool can have a bottom line impact for farmers and processors.

It’s available through the AMI website – www.takeanewapproach.ca.
