Canada Beef Hopes To Revive Canadian Cuisine With Culinary Events

Canada Beef is teaming up with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday through a series of culinary events with talented chefs from across the globe.
The exchange is designed to “course-correct” the understanding of Canada’s food identity. The series will include ranch tours, beef and wine pairing seminars, BBQ’s and a gala dining experience.
The events kick off this spring in Alberta before finishing in Toronto in the fall.
It is Canada Beef’s hope that the culinary events revive the appreciation for exceptional homegrown ingredients, and show the rest of the world why Canadian cuisine is a force to be reckoned with.
