Darren Duncan had a double-double for Windsor as the Express beat the Kitchener-Waterloo Titans 85-74 Sunday afternoon at the WFCU Centre.
Duncan had 11 points and 11 assists in the Express' third win in a row, improving them to 8-11 on the season. It is also the Express' fourth victory in their last five tries.
The Titans' offence had a strong start to the game, taking the first quarter 24-15, but Windsor bounced back for a 44-38 lead at halftime. The game remained relatively close in the third quarter before the Express offence pulled away in the fourth.
Juan Pattillo led Windsor with 17 points, going seven-for-12 in field goals. Jernard Jarreau and Warren Ward each had 14 points, with Jarreau leading his team with nine rebounds.
Adam Blazek led the Titans with 17 points, including two three-point shots. A.J. Davis had 15 points and ten rebounds for a double-double, including four free throws.
The Express next host the Cape Breton Highlanders Friday night.
