Heat Warning Issued For CK and Windsor-Essex

It's going to get very hot over the next few days in southwestern Ontario.

Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex, with hot and humid conditions expected to start Sunday.

Forecasters are tracking an airmass from the American midwest that is expected to reach the area Sunday and remain in place through to Tuesday night.

The afternoon temperatures are expected to reach 31 C, but feel more like 40 C with the humidity. There won't be much relief at night either, with the temperature only expected to fall to the low 20s.
