A former Windsor-Essex resident has been arrested on sexual assault charges from a decade ago.
Ontario Provincial Police say Michael Lo, 68, of Markham has been charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation in connection with offences that happened in Tecumseh in 2008. Lo is due to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on September 6 to answer to those charges.
