VIDEO: Police Investigating Rash Of Break-ins In Lasalle

Lasalle police are looking for a suspect after several vehicles and garages were broken into this week.

Police say they received several calls on Monday and Tuesday about cars and garages being entered overnight in the areas of Cousineau Rd. and Lovell Crescent and Tenth St., Brooklyn Ave. and Bridgeway Blvd. One vehicle was stolen and another was moved and left halfway on the road with the key still in the ignition. Police say the suspect walked into a home through unlocked doors while the owners were sleeping, stole some items, including credit cards and electronics and then stole their vehicle because the keys were left on the kitchen counter. The stolen vehicle is a 2016 black Kia Sorento with Ontario licence plates CASY-140.

The suspect appears to be wearing something over his head, possibly pantyhose.

Police say all vehicles and garages that were ransacked were left unlocked.
