The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit is sending out a warning about unsafe beaches this week.
Health officials say Sandpoint Beach in Windsor is closed this week because of high levels of bacteria. They say it is unsafe for swimming and may pose a risk to public health.
The health unit also says swimming is not recommended at Point Pelee North West Beach, Seacliff Beach, Colchester Beach, Holiday Beach, and Mettawas Beach.
