The stolen black BMW has Ontario plates BSNC-686.

The suspect is a man, possibly from the Toronto area, in his mid-20's with a brown complexion, 5'9", with a slim build and facial hair.

Police urge sellers to meet in public, like a store parking lot, a police station, a city hall, or another location with a lot of traffic, ideally during daylight hours.

They say it’s best not to give strangers your home address and not invite them to see the car where you live.

Other helpful tips include telling others about the meeting and expected time of return and to not go alone.
