Seatbelt violations in Grand Bend have led to weapons and drug charges against a Windsor teen.
Provincial police say officers stopped a small car with five young men from Windsor Friday evening for a traffic violation. Officers noticed a few of the passengers were allegedly not wearing seatbelts and had open liquor.
An 18-year-old was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a dangerous weapon.
