Windsor's on-again, off-again downtown law school, could be on again.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training, Tanya Blazina confirms the Wynne government has earmarked $20-million in its budget to relocate the law school at the University of Windsor to the Paul Martin Sr. building downtown.
The City of Windsor bought the building on Ouellette Ave. in August 2015 for $1 from the federal government with the intention of offering it to the university. At that time, the city committed $15-million to renovate the building, but the pledge hinged on money from the province.

The federal government spent $6-million to restore the facade of the building in 2016.
