Two Suspects Identified In Murder Of 16-Year-Old

Windsor police have identified two suspects in relation to the homicide of 16-year-old Chance Gauthier.

Mal Chol, 20, from Waterloo was arrested Saturday in Windsor and charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the second suspect, 19-year-old Nouraldin Rabee of Windsor. He is also facing charges of first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.

Windsor police believe that the accused and the victim knew each other and this was a targeted act.

Police are looking for Rabee and believe he may be left the city. He is described as 6'2" tall around 150 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He is to considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

A firearm in the murder has not been recovered.
