Windsor has broken a high temperature record for February 20.
Environment Canada's website shows the record was surpassed at 8pm when Windsor reached a high of 17 C.
Warning Preparedness Meteorologist Geoff Coulson says the previous high temperature record was 16.9 C set in 2016.
Windsor-Essex shattered the record for rainfall too on Tuesday. The region received 27.2 mm. The old record, from 1951, was 22.1 mm.
