No charges are anticipated after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a tractor trailer in Tecumseh Tuesday night.
David O'Connor, 39, died at an area hospital after being struck on County Rd. 46 around 9pm.
Tecumseh OPP's technical collision team was on the scene for several hours Tuesday night to investigate.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
