A Windsor man accused of choking his friend to death will be sentenced on Wednesday.
Derek Gammon, 37, pleaded guilty to manslaughter on Tuesday at the Superior Court in Windsor. He had originally been charged with first degree murder.
Dan Major, 52, was found unconscious on September 2, 2015 at the Brant St. duplex he shared with Gammon, and died of his injuries soon after paramedics arrived.
The sentencing will start at 11am.
