The jolly old elf is stopping in Essex Saturday night.
The town of Essex is holding its annual Santa Claus Parade through the town centre. Numerous bands and floats are expected to participate along with people passing out goodies to youngsters eagerly awaiting Santa Claus along the route.
The march is due to kick off at 6:30pm on Talbot St at Fairview Ave W. It will then proceed through the business district on Talbot and end at Maidstone Ave W.
People wanting a glimpse of Santa before the parade will have a chance to meet him at Essex United Church at Talbot St S and Iler Ave. Santa will be there from 5pm to 6pm.
