UPDATE: Police Seek Suspect In Armed Pharmacy Robbery

Police are looking for a suspect after a knife-point robbery at a Rexall Drug Store in Windsor.

The Windsor Police Service says on Friday just before 9pm, a man entered the pharmacy located at 1700 Huron Church Rd., pulled out a knife and demanded narcotics.  He then took off on foot heading west on Huron Church Rd. with an unknown quantity of drugs.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid 20s, standing five-foot-seven with a slim build. He was wearing a black cowboy hat, sunglasses, a bandanna, a grey sweater and a red shirt. He was last seen carrying a black duffel bag.

The same pharmacy was robbed by two men armed with knives back on May 8.  Police say it is unknown if the two incidents are linked.
