Suspects Wanted In Hit and Run

Windsor police are looking for suspects in a hit and run collision over the weekend.

On Saturday evening, a silver Pontiac Grand Prix was found embedded in a building at Wyandotte St. and Ellrose Ave. The airbags were deployed and the engine was running, but no one was in the car.

Officers say a witness told them the car pulled out onto Wyandotte St. off of Ellrose Ave. in front of his vehicle, resulting in an collision. The vehicle then proceeded to drive into the wall of the business.

A male driver and two female passengers were seen running from the scene. The male is described as white, 20-25 years old, with a shaved head, wearing light coloured clothing and a baseball hat. One of the female passengers was described as white, around 5'8", 20-25 years old, with long dark hair.

Police say the Grand Prix had been reported stolen earlier in the day.
