A Windsor man has been charged following a fatal shooting on Elsmere Ave.
Police say 53-year-old William Green was arrested in relation to the fatal shooting of a 59-year-old man.
The incident occurred just after midnight on Saturday.
Green has been charged with one count of first degree murder.
The Major Crimes Branch will continue investigating.
