Tecumseh Poised For New Development

The Town of Tecumseh is ready for new business.

It's spent over $60-million on infrastructure in the last five years, and is poised to spend another $9.8-million in the Oldcastle area alone.

Tecumseh Mayor, Gary McNamara says that will service existing businesses and open up opportunities for new investment.

"We're now servicing new employment lands, and we expect to make some announcements coming early this year of new investment coming into the region," says McNamara.

McNamara shared the town's success over the last five years, and vision for the future at the Windsor Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce luncheon Wednesday afternoon.

The town also plans to move forward with a new $20-million sports complex this year.
