A Windsor police officer is facing assault charges in relation to two on-duty incidents in the last four months.
Constable John Jubinville, 29, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of assault for incidents that were alleged to have occurred on November 25, 2016 and February 15, 2017.
Jubinville has been suspended from duty and is scheduled to appear in court on March 29, 2017.
