A Windsor man has been charged after a vacant downtown pub was deliberately set on fire.
Fire officials say the blaze was set Sunday afternoon at the rear of the former Pour House, at 52 Chatham St. W in Windsor. No one was in the building at the time, and the fire caused about $75,000 in damages.
Windsor police investigators looked at surveillance footage from the area and were able to identify a suspect.
A 37-year-old Windsor man was arrested Thursday night on Elm Ave. at University Ave. W, at around 8:30pm. He has been charged with one count of arson.
