Police report 2,900 marijuana plants between 8 ft to 12 ft in height were seized from the property — valued at $2.9-million. A further 91 lbs of harvested marijuana was seized which has an estimated value of $180,000.

As a result of the investigation, Jon-Paul Fuller, 44, of Lakeshore, and Doc Van Phan, 53, of Leamington have been charged with of production of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. Both men will appear in Leamington court on November 17.

Fuller was the president of Crime Stoppers Windsor-Essex until the charges were announced, prompting the group to quickly replace him with past president Charlie Hotham. Fuller's LinkedIn profile also show's he served as the organization's treasurer between May 2015 and June 2016.
