The driver of a vehicle, hit by a transport truck on Hwy. 3 earlier this month, is dead.
Yves Brouillard, 55, of Windsor was critically injured in the head-on collision back on September 1, just west of County Rd. 31.
He passed away in hospital on Friday.
Ontario Provincial Police say their investigation is over and no charges are being laid against the truck driver.
