Police in Windsor have charged a 32-year-old man after an officer spotted him walking around downtown with a long gun Sunday morning.
An officer on patrol spotted the man, and the silhouette of the gun in a lawn chair bag around 9:30am. Not long after, he was stopped near Wyandotte St. W and Caron Ave. and arrested.
The man is charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possessing a firearm without holding a license.
