A woman is in the intensive care unit after being assaulted by two people, Windsor police say.
Officers were called to the 1600-block of Laing St., near College Ave. and Campbell Ave., for a domestic assault call Sunday at 1:30pm.
When they arrived police say they found a woman in distress inside a backyard tent.
The 39-year-old was seriously injured, consistent with a beating or a series of assaults, police say. She is currently in the hospital's ICU.
A 25-year-old man and 27-year-old woman have both been arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
